All-purpose natural cleaning products have come a long way in recent years especially now as people are opting for a more eco-friendly option.

An option that has less harsh chemicals or cleaning without chemicals, while at the same time feeling confident, that whatever product that is being used is actually working to clean the home.

I am a new convert to natural cleaning products. When I shopped for cleaning supplies I was the person that always bypassed natural cleaning solutions.

My thought was it’s just too expensive and I can give back to the earth by recycling my plastics.

The other lingering thought was, does it really clean well?

I eventually took the plunge one day when my local Target was having an awesome sale on their natural cleaning products, plus there was a five dollar gift card involved if I bought two of the products.

I love these types of deals because those gift cards can really add up over time.

One of the products that I bought was Method’s All-Purpose cleaner in the pink grapefruit scent. I was in love! I was in love with a cleaner like I’ve never been in love before.

It smelled so good, all I wanted to do was just keep cleaning. I couldn’t believe how well this product cleaned, and it was nontoxic.

If you have ever been hesitant about trying natural cleaning products, go ahead and give it a try.

Now that I have completed my rambling, let’s get down to the top 5 all-purpose natural cleaning products.

1. Dr. Bronner’s Sal Suds Biodegradable

This cleaner is one hundred percent biodegradable and it is super concentrated. This is an all-around household cleaner, great for dishes, floors, counters, and laundry. With this formula, you only need a few tablespoons mixed with water.

2. Seventh Generation All-Purpose Cleaner, Natural, Free & Clear

A wonderful cleaning system that uses the power of plants to cut through grease and grime throughout your home. With this plant-based cleaner, there is not a need for a separate cleaner for the floors, or kitchen. This cleaner is safe for laminate floors and also stainless steel.

3. Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day Mint Multi-Surface Everyday Cleaner

You know the feeling you get on a bright sunny day and the birds are chirping and you open your window to smell the fresh spring breeze, this is the feeling you get with this new scent from Mrs. Meyer’s spring collection of cleaners. This product is plant-based with added essential oils to clean your home and smells great all at the same time.

Sometimes when I find a cleaning product that has a wonderful smell it just makes me tickle on the inside. It inspires me to clean more. Strange right?

4. Puracy All-Purpose Cleaner

This is claimed to be one of the best household cleaning products for the multi-surfaces in your home. This one bottle is to replace all of your other cleaners in your home. From the glass, stainless steel, wood, plastic, metal, sealed and unsealed stone, painted surfaces, and chrome. Wow, that’s a lot!

I personally have not tried this product but have been keeping my eye on it, wondering if I should buy it. The reason for this is because it is a bit pricey. But if you tried this and love it, let me know in the comments.

5. Method All-Purpose Cleaner

This product was my first attempt at trying to make small but good changes in my home that I use for cleaning. This product is nontoxic and hypoallergenic and probably the best thing that I like about it is the smell.

It smells wonderful and I like that there is a cleaner that is safe to use in my home.

There you have it. Some of you naturalists are probably thinking to yourself, “she could just use baking soda or vinegar.” Your right, but I can’t stand the smell of vinegar and I just prefer to buy an already made product.
